Dry Cupping
During Dry Cupping, the cups are placed over several areas to create a vacuum which lifts the soft tissue and creates an upward stretch within the muscle and associated fascia. This vacuum lift helps to increase in blood flow and induces a stretch effect, which results in a reduction in muscle tension and associated pain. During Dry Cupping therapy, cups can either be left in a static position or moved to provide a deep tissue massage effect.
Fire Cupping
There are many types of cupping, but fire cupping is the most traditional, original form of Chinese medicine. It uses glass cups (also traditional) and the fire as it creates a better suction with glass cups. Fire cupping removes the "cold" in the body — cold is considered one of the "evils" in Chinese medicine philosophy.
Wet Cupping
Wet Cupping involves the application of cups through vacuum to certain points on your body. Once cups are in position blood is drawn into the cups through small skin incisions made prior. The aim of Hijama is to extract stagnated or congested blood from certain points around your body.
Near Sauna Therapy
Constant stress and tension can really wear the body out. By using the natural heatwaves emitted from specifically designed infrared bulbs, we can replicate the natural healing that the Sun provides. Traditional Sauna is known as Far Infrared Sauna which acts more like a microwave and causes an excess build up of heat quickly, and the level of detoxification is far less in comparison. Near Infrared Sauna causes cell re-structuring by its deep and slow penetrating infrared-heat, thus reducing inflammation, pain and increasing natural healing from viral infections and various diseases.

SUPER ELITE PACKAGE
This treatment involves a full 1 hour body massage, followed by a cupping session limited to 10 cups.
ULTIMATE PACKAGE
25 minute massage for pain relief from localised problem areas, followed by a 10 cup wet cupping treatment.
PAIN RELIEF PACKAGE
10 minute massage using a combination of techniques applied in a systematic way on and around areas of pain, followed by 10 cup wet and dry cupping to help release and breakdown scar tissue and remove stagnated blood.
PAMPER PACKAGE
A 1 hour relaxing hot stone massage using healing essential oils. Followed by 10 cup cupping session

Meet Farid and Nuriyah, co-owners and partners and therapists, with over 10 years of experience in health and wellbeing sharing qualifications in Ayurveda Treatments and Massage, Cupping Therapy, Sauna Therapy and Natural Energetic Medicine.
Managing Director & Therapist
Farid Ameen is the Managing Director, running all day to day aspects of the business. He has many years of experience in Massage, spanning 15 years and a keen interest in sourcing and producing high quality food and cosmetic products. He founded Hilal Organics and has sourced various award winning products. Farid has been said to have strong healing hands and has helped many of his clients overcome years of chronic pain and illness.
Head Therapist
Nuriyah has been endowed with a unique gift of intuition when it comes to healing, with her passion for helping people and increasing her knowledge in holistic health products and lifestyle. She leaves all of her clients feeling light and free from tension. She has over 10 years of experience in Massage and over 6 years experience healing people using flower essences and mobilisation techniques. She eases her clients into the treatment and provides a soothing yet healing experience.

CENTRE ETIQUETTE & COVID19 MEASURES
The following information will help you enjoy a carefree visit to our premier well-being centre. Please follow protocols to keep yourself and those around you safe at all times:
Wash your hands often.
Wear a mask in the clinic and during the treatment where possible, and you will be advised to do so where appropriate.
Please avoid touching any apparatus and keep your clothing and personal belongings at one central location.
Please use the available hand sanitisers before and after your treatment.
Please maintain a distance of at least 2m where possible whilst waiting for your appointment.
We will update these protocols regularly. If you have any questions please reach out and ask.

Open daily from 10 am to 7 pm Monday - Tuesday
10am to 6pm Saturday/Sunday.
The shop is open for all at any time during opening hours.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the treatment area. The thermal baths and treatment area are places of peace and relaxation. Out of consideration for other guests, smartphones and cameras may notbe used in the entire thermal baths and spa area.
Please allow yourself enough time. We recommend that you get to the meeting point ten minutes before your appointment. We try to start all treatments on time. If you are late for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to shorten your treatment accordingly.
If you have to cancel or change an appointment for personal reasons, please let us know in good time (24 hours in advance); otherwise we will have to charge you 100% of the price of the booked treatment.
Please wear a swimsuit for the water massage. For all other massage and spa treatments, we recommend that you arrive in your bathrobe for the appointment. During massages and treatments your body will be covered, and only the body part being massaged or treated at any given time will be exposed.
We have male and female therapists in our team. Please advise us of any preferences when you book your treatment and let us know if you would like to book a specific therapist for your treatment. We will try to accommodate your preferences.
When booking your treatment, please inform us of any particular medical conditions, such as allergies or injuries, that may influence your choice of treatment.
Certain rules apply during this special time. We will advise you personally on appropriate treatments that you can also enjoy during your pregnancy and after giving birth
We offer special treatments for our young guests. A parent or other responsible adult must be present during the massage treatment.
